Scope

This standard specifies the working conditions, metal structure inspection, floor fence doors and walls, safety space, lifting platform structure, hydraulic drive system, safety protection devices, electrical system and electrical protection, and testing requirements for fixed hydraulic lifting platforms. This standard applies to lifting platforms that are fixedly installed in industrial production workshops, warehouses, and other places, and are used for vertical transportation of goods to fixed floors or certain height planes for loading and unloading operations. The lifting devices and worktables are connected by rigid components, with a lifting height of no more than 13.5 meters and an operating speed of no more than 0.3 meters per second, and are driven by hydraulic power. This standard does not apply to lifting platforms used in military equipment, nuclear facilities, aerospace vehicles, offshore facilities, ships, and mines.
