Scope

This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, and packaging, marking, transportation, and storage for 4N antimony products. This standard applies to metallic antimony with a purity of not less than 99.99%, which is produced by using a raw material containing more than 98.5% antimony and subjected to medium-frequency alkaline volatilization smelting and vacuum distillation technology. This product is mainly used in the preparation of thermoelectric devices, alloys, and raw materials for ultra-pure and super-high purity antimony.
