DB61/T 1507-2021 Standardized Assessment and Evaluation Guidelines for Safety Production Standardization of Military Units

Scope

This document stipulates the principles and general requirements for the assessment and grading of safety production standardization in local military units, as well as the technical requirements and scoring rules for target responsibilities, institutionalized management, education and training, equipment and facility management, operation safety, production site safety, safety risk grading and control, and dual prevention mechanisms for hazard identification and management, hazard (major hazard) monitoring, occupational health, emergency management, accident management, performance evaluation, and continuous improvement. This document applies to the self-assessment, external review, and audit of safety production standardization in local military units in Shaanxi Province. Civil-military supporting units (units holding weapon and equipment production licenses) and subsidiaries of military industrial groups located in Shaanxi shall refer to and implement this document accordingly.
