Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking, transportation, storage, and safety of triethyl gallium.
This standard applies to triethyl gallium prepared by three chemical synthesis methods: gallium-magnesium alloy method, gallium trichloride method, and Grignard reagent method, and purified through refining. This product is mainly used for growing compound semiconductor thin film materials and other purposes.
