Scope
This document stipulates the technical requirements for forestation design, forestation zoning, forestation tree species, seeds and seedlings, forestation density, forestation operations, nurturing and protection of unestablished forests, planting trees on the four sides of roads and rivers, forestation under the forest canopy, habitat protection of forestation sites, evaluation of forestation effectiveness, and forestation archives. This document is applicable to artificial afforestation, renewal and planting trees on the four sides of roads and rivers in suitable forestation areas throughout the province, but not to aerial seeding afforestation.
