Scope
This standard specifies the determination methods for the contents of inorganic germanium dioxide, carboxyethyl germanium sesquioxide, lead, cadmium, mercury, and arsenic in carboxyethyl germanium sesquioxide.
This standard is applicable to the determination of inorganic germanium dioxide in carboxyethyl germanium sesquioxide, with a measurement range of 0.005% to 0.050%; carboxyethyl germanium sesquioxide, with a measurement range of 98.5% to 100.0%; lead, cadmium, and mercury, with measurement ranges of (0.01 to 1.0) × 10-4%, (0.01 to 0.5) × 10-4%, and (0.01 to 0.5) × 10-4%, respectively; and arsenic, with a measurement range of (0.10 to 1.0) × 10-4%.
