Scope

This standard specifies the basic requirements for the dynamic monitoring platform, vehicle-mounted terminals, communication, monitoring personnel, handling, and monitoring management of road freight transport enterprises in Jiangsu Province. This standard applies to road dangerous goods transport enterprises (units) registered and licensed for road freight transport in Jiangsu Province, and road freight transport enterprises with 50 or more semi-trailer tractors or heavy-duty trucks (hereinafter referred to as "freight enterprises").
