Scope

This standard specifies the test methods for the deoxygenation performance of platinum-palladium-based deoxygenation agents (i.e., platinum or/and palladium-based deoxygenation agents, hereinafter referred to as platinum-palladium-based deoxygenation agents).
This standard is applicable to catalytic combustion-type platinum-palladium-based deoxygenation agents used for removing oxygen from synthesis gas, nitrogen, hydrogen, ethylene, and propylene.
