Scope
This document is applicable to the design and construction of natural fire prevention and control during the operation and closure periods of coal gangue stockyards, coal gangue piles, and open-pit coal mines in Shanxi Province that contain naturally combustible coal gangue. In addition to the ecological restoration and management of completed coal gangue stockyards, those coal gangue stockyards that are currently in the design, operation, or closure phases may refer to this document for implementation.
