DB44/ 2155-2019 DB44/ 2155-2019 Small Dongjiang River Basin Water Pollutant Emission Standards

Scope

This standard applies to the chemical oxygen demand, ammonia nitrogen, total phosphorus, and oil pollutants discharged by six key industries, including the petroleum refining industry, the petrochemical industry, the tanning industry, the non-metallic mineral mining and processing industry, the slaughtering and meat processing industry, and the aquatic product processing industry, into the Xiaodongjiang River Basin, as well as to the discharge management of these four water pollutants in urban wastewater treatment plants. It also applies to the environmental impact assessment, the design of environmental protection facilities, the completion environmental protection acceptance, and the discharge management of these four water pollutants after the start of operation for construction projects in the aforementioned key control industries and urban wastewater treatment plants. For the content and requirements not specified in this standard, the current corresponding standards shall be implemented.
