Scope
This standard specifies the liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method for determining the residue levels of 10 types of fungal toxins (see Appendix A and Appendix D) in cereals, including deoxynivalenol (DON). This standard is applicable to the determination of deoxynivalenol (DON, 15A-DON, 3A-DON), aflatoxins (B1, B2, G1, G2), fumonisins (FB1, FB2), and zearalenone (ZEA) in wheat, rice, and corn. The detection limit of the method is 0.0002 to 1.0 mg/kg.
