Scope
This standard specifies the methods of isolation and cultivation, immunological and molecular biological detection of Asian pear fire blight bacteria. This standard is applicable to the quarantine identification of Asian pear fire blight bacteria transmitted by pear seedlings, rootstocks, grafts and young fruits, as well as the field investigation and monitoring of the disease.
