Scope

This standard specifies the method for determining adenosine triphosphate (ATP) in fresh tobacco leaves using ultra-high performance liquid chromatography. This standard is applicable to the determination of adenosine triphosphate (ATP), adenosine diphosphate (ADP), and adenosine monophosphate (AMP) in fresh tobacco leaves and fireworks, with detection limits of 0.51 mg/kg, 0.52 mg/kg, and 0.70 mg/kg, respectively.
