Scope

This standard specifies the determination of the content of phosphorus, magnesium, iron, aluminum, silicon, calcium, potassium, and sodium oxides in phosphate rock by wavelength dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometry. This standard is applicable to the determination of the content of phosphorus, magnesium, iron, aluminum, silicon, calcium, potassium, and sodium oxides in phosphate rock. The measurement range (mass fraction): phosphorus pentoxide 2.00%～37.00%, magnesium oxide 0.10%～18.00%, iron trioxide 0.50%～6.00%, aluminum trioxide 0.50%～6.00%, silicon dioxide 3.00%～39.00%, calcium oxide 19.00%～52.00%, potassium oxide 0.10%～3.00%, and sodium oxide 0.050%～0.40%.
