Scope

This document stipulates the general requirements, site selection, overall layout, public utilities, safety, fire protection, environmental protection, and informatization construction requirements for dangerous goods transportation vehicle parking lots in chemical parks.
This document applies to the construction of dangerous goods transportation vehicle parking lots in chemical parks, and existing or expanded dangerous goods transportation vehicle parking lots may refer to it for guidance.
This document does not apply to parking lots for vehicles carrying explosives, Category 1 acutely toxic substances (highly toxic), infectious substances, and radioactive substances, as well as parking lots for internal ancillary buildings of enterprises.
Note: "Explosives, infectious substances, and radioactive substances" adopt the classification method of GB 6944; "Category 1 acutely toxic substances (highly toxic)" adopt the classification method of the GB 30000 series.
