Scope

This document specifies the work content of regional earthquake safety evaluation, which mainly includes regional seismic activity and earthquake structure evaluation, near-field earthquake activity and earthquake structure evaluation, fault investigation and activity identification in the target area, survey of seismic engineering geological conditions in the target area, determination of earthquake shaking prediction equations, probabilistic earthquake hazard assessment, determination of earthquake shaking parameters in the target area, evaluation of earthquake geological disasters in the target area, and construction of a technical service system for regional earthquake safety evaluation. This document is applicable to regional earthquake safety evaluation within the administrative boundaries of Sichuan Province.
