Scope
This standard specifies the minimum accessible space provided below the main lifting point of the aircraft to accommodate a tripod-type jack and ensure there is sufficient clearance between the jack and adjacent structures of the aircraft. This standard does not define all the dimensions of the jack space. In the case of critical spaces, this standard is only used as a reference for design. The final critical space should be determined according to the actual dimensions of the jack used.
