This standard applies to the green production of "Tianfu He Suo" processing-type tomatoes. Main technical content: - Pre-sowing preparation: 4.1 Seedling cultivation 4.1.1 Variety selection: The seed quality shall comply with GB 16715.3. High-quality, high-yielding, adaptable, and resistant varieties suitable for the planting area, including Bayannaoer City, shall be selected. 4.1.2 Seed treatment - T/TFHT Z008-20202: Conventional seed soaking: Place the seeds in 55 °C constant-temperature water and stir continuously. After 20 minutes of soaking, when the water temperature drops to about 30 °C, soak for 6–8 hours. - Chemical seed soaking: For preventing fungal diseases, soak the seeds in a 50% Multisporin solution at 500-fold dilution for 20–30 minutes; for preventing viral diseases, soak the seeds in a 10% sodium phosphate solution for 20–30 minutes. Remove the seeds and rinse them with clean water 2–3 times, then soak in 30 °C warm water for 6–8 hours. 4.2.1 Germination: Wrap the seeds in a clean, wet cotton cloth to ensure even heating and a loose state. Maintain a temperature of about 30 °C. The seeds will germinate within 48 hours, and when 70% of them show white roots, they can be sown. 4.3 Pre-planting preparation 4.3.1 Seedling trays and substrate - The substrate shall comply with NY/T 2118 and use 128-hole seedling trays. - Disinfection of the substrate: Pour the substrate into a heated greenhouse, add 15–20 g of 50% Multisporin per bag, mix well, and adjust the water content to 50–60%. Squeeze the mixture into a ball with your fingers, and it should drip water when squeezed. Cover with plastic film and store for one day before use. - Seedling tray preparation: Soak the seedling trays in a 0.1% potassium permanganate solution or a 50%
