Basic Information
Scope
Main Technical Content: 3.1 Stropharia rugosoannulata Stropharia rugosoannulata (Farl. ex Murrill) belongs to the order Agaricales, family Strophariaceae, and is also known as wrinkled ring Stropharia, wrinkled Stropharia, red Stropharia, or Pei's Stropharia. 3.2 Master Seed A pure culture of mycelium derived from the transplantation and expansion cultivation of master seed, also known as secondary seed. 3.3 Cultivation Seed A pure culture of mycelium derived from the transplantation and expansion cultivation of master seed. Cultivation seed can only be used for cultivation and cannot be used for further seed expansion. Also known as tertiary seed. 4. Cultivation Seed Production 4.1 Production Conditions The production site, plant layout, and equipment must comply with the requirements of NY/T 528 and NY/T 2375. 4.2 Selection of Stropharia rugosoannulata Master Seed Stropharia rugosoannulata master seed should be purchased from qualified units and transported at ≤4°C. The seed should be inoculated as soon as possible after receipt. The variety and source quality must meet the requirements of NY/T 528. 4.3 Selection of Cultivation Seed Production Time In Ningxia, the suitable sowing time in daylight greenhouses is from October to April. Cultivation seed should be produced 25-20 days in advance of the sowing time. 4.4 Cultivation Seed Culture Medium Formulation and Pre-treatment Methods 50% rice husk, 40% corn cob (crushed to 0.5–3 cm size), 9.0% wheat bran, and 1.0% gypsum. The rice husk and corn cob should be soaked for 12–24 hours, then removed and mixed with wheat bran and gypsum, with a water content adjusted to 60–65%. The substrate raw materials must meet the requirements of NY/T 1935. 4.5 Bagging Cultivation Seed Use 14-cm × 28-cm × 0.4-mm polypropylene bags. The filling height should be 15.0–16.0 cm. Place a 2-cm × 15-cm inoculation rod in the center, then seal with a 4-cm-diameter cotton-free cap/neck ring. High-pressure ste
