Scope

Main technical content: The Xianghua apricots produced in Nvzhuang Town, Zunhua City, Hebei Province, also known as Zhenhe Xianghua apricots. The fruits are large, with an average weight of 70 grams per fruit, and there are 14-16 fruits per kilogram. The fruit skin is thin, with a yellow-white base color, a red blush on the sunny side, and yellow-white flesh. The flesh is fine-grained, with little fiber, plenty of juice, and a sweet taste. It has a rich aroma, with a sugar content of up to 13.6% and an acid content of 1.35%. The fruits are pitless and have sweet kernels. They have a sweet and sour taste and excellent quality.
