Scope
Scope: This standard specifies the basic requirements, cultivation techniques, pest and disease control, harvesting, and storage and transportation for the cultivation of peppers in the "Tianfu He Tuo" protected area and open fields. This standard applies to the cultivation of peppers in the "Tianfu He Tuo" protected area and open fields. For the autumn-winter crop, select varieties with good cold resistance, strong resistance to weak light, strong growth vigor, high fruit set, strong continuous fruiting, disease resistance, high yield, and good marketability. For open-field cultivation, select high-quality, high-yield, and disease-resistant varieties. 4.1.2 Seedling Facilities and Equipment According to the season, use facilities such as greenhouses, connected greenhouses, and plastic greenhouses for seedling cultivation. During the summer and autumn seasons, seedling cultivation should be equipped with pest prevention, shading, and rainproof facilities. Use 72-hole or 128-hole seed trays with comprehensive nutrients, good sterilization, and safe quality for seedling cultivation. 4.1.3 Seed Treatment Soak the seeds in 55℃ constant temperature water and stir constantly for 20 minutes.
