GB/T 17626.31-2021 Electromagnetic compatibility—Testing and measurement techniques—Part 31:AC mains ports broadband conducted disturbance immunity test

Scope

This document specifies the immunity requirements for electrical and electronic equipment against electromagnetic interference conducted by intentional and/or unintentional broadband signal sources in the frequency range of 150 kHz to 80 MHz.
The purpose of this document is to establish a common benchmark for evaluating the immunity of electrical and electronic equipment to conducted interference from intentional and/or unintentional broadband signal sources at the AC power supply ports. The test methods specified in this document describe a consistent method for evaluating the immunity of devices or systems to defined phenomena.
Devices that do not have at least one AC power supply port are not subject to the requirements. Power supply ports that are not intended to be connected to AC power distribution networks are considered as non-"AC power supply ports", and are therefore not subject to the requirements.
This document is only applicable to single-phase equipment with a rated input current of ≤16 A; methods for broadband interference of multi-phase equipment and/or single-phase equipment with a rated input current greater than 16 A are still under consideration.
Note: According to IEC GUIDE 107, this document is a basic EMC publication for use by product committees. As stated in IEC GUIDE 107, product committees are responsible for determining whether to adopt this immunity standard, and if so, they are responsible for determining appropriate test levels and performance criteria. IEC/TC 77 and its sub-technical committees are willing to cooperate with product committees to evaluate the specific immunity test levels of their products.
