Scope
This document stipulates the main control items, emission limits, monitoring requirements, compliance determination, and implementation and supervision for water pollutant discharge in the Nansi Lake Basin (Jiangsu Region). This document applies to the management of water pollutant discharge from all polluting units in the Nansi Lake Basin (Jiangsu Region), except for rural domestic sewage treatment facilities, livestock and poultry farms, aquaculture, and medical institutions. It also applies to the environmental impact assessment of new, modified, and expanded construction projects, the design of environmental protection facilities, the acceptance of completed environmental protection facilities, the issuance of discharge permits, and the management of water pollutant discharge after the project goes into operation.
