Scope

This standard specifies the objectives of reducing fertilizer application and enhancing fertilizer efficiency, optimizing planting systems, appropriately increasing planting density, returning straw to the field annually, replacing organic fertilizers, applying cotton-specific slow/controlled-release fertilizers and foliar water-soluble fertilizers, and related supporting technologies.
