This standard applies to relevant institutions engaged in Internet domain name services as stipulated in the "Measures for the Administration of Internet Domain Names", including but not limited to: domain name root server (including mirror servers) operating institutions, domain name registration management institutions, domain name registration service institutions, domain name authoritative resolution institutions, and domain name recursive resolution institutions, etc. Unless otherwise specified in relevant laws and regulations, this standard is applicable to all the aforementioned institutions.
