Scope
This document stipulates the basic requirements for the setting up of service facilities on ordinary trunk highways, the scale of their setting up, the layout of the site, traffic organization, construction projects, water supply and drainage, HVAC, electrical and fire protection projects, signs, markings and information identification, greening, and environmental protection requirements. This document is applicable to the setting up of new or modified (expanded) service facilities on ordinary trunk highways, and rural highways can refer to it for use.
