Scope
This document stipulates the general requirements for the recycling and utilization of solid waste containing non-ferrous metals, as well as the management requirements for enterprises, ecological environmental protection, and the management of recycled products. This document applies to the recycling and utilization of solid waste containing non-ferrous metals, such as residues, dust, smoke, sludge, and waste liquids, generated in industries such as ferrous metal smelting, non-ferrous metal smelting, electronics, metal surface treatment, petroleum refining, and environmental management. This document does not apply to the recycling and utilization of solid waste generated in the mining and beneficiation processes of the non-ferrous metals industry, nor to the recycling and utilization of solid waste containing radioactive substances.
