Scope

Scope: This document specifies the terminology and definitions of green tea from Mabian Yi Autonomous County, product classification levels, quality requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, and storage. This document applies to green tea within the administrative area of Mabian Yi Autonomous County. Main technical content: The preparation of this standard mainly includes the following technical requirements: Terminology and definitions: Mabian green tea; Product classification: According to the different shapes, it is divided into three series: strip tea, flat tea, and rolled tea. Product grades: According to the differences in the tenderness of raw materials and quality characteristics, it is divided into three grades: first-grade, second-grade, and third-grade. Physical standard samples: Each grade of products has one physical standard sample, each of which is the minimum limit of the quality of the products of that grade. The samples are replaced every three years. Quality requirements: It should have the normal color, aroma, and taste of green tea, without any odor, odor, or deterioration; it should not contain non-tea impurities. Pollutant limits: It should comply with the provisions of GB 2762. Maximum residue limits of pesticides: It should comply with the provisions of GB 2763. Net content: It should comply with the provisions of the "Measuring Supervision and Management Measures for Quantitative Packaged Commodities" issued by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China in 2005 (No. 75).
