Scope

This document provides information on the requirements and evaluation of second-hand machines.
This document describes the evaluation methods for second-hand machines and the relevant information provided by the manufacturer in the driver's manual, in order to verify the consistency of the functions of second-hand machines with their intended functions.
This document applies to second-hand earthmoving machinery that has been used and put back on the market for sale, as defined in ISO 6165.
Note: Second-hand machines may not meet the requirements of existing standards and laws and regulations (such as road traffic and hazardous environments).
