Scope

This standard specifies the disaster recovery service requirements in three aspects: resource allocation of disaster recovery services, disaster recovery service processes, and project management of disaster recovery services.
This standard is applicable to service demanders (hereinafter referred to as "service demanders") who put forward service requirements to disaster recovery service providers (hereinafter referred to as "service providers"), and can be used as a reference for relevant industries and enterprises and institutions when selecting disaster recovery services.
This standard can also be used to standardize the disaster recovery service work carried out by service providers.
