YY/T 1480-2016 Test methods of performance for ultrasonic elasticity imaging equipment based on acoustic radiation force
Basic Information
Scope
This standard specifies the terms, definitions, test devices, and test methods for evaluating the performance of ultrasound elasticity imaging equipment based on acoustic radiation force using ultrasound elasticity phantoms.
This standard applies to human tissue elasticity imaging equipment that uses the principle of ultrasound echo imaging. The type of force applied by this equipment is focused radiation force generated by ultrasound waves. The elasticity parameters measured can be displacement or shear wave velocity (or the elastic modulus converted from shear wave velocity by a formula), and the display mode can be measurement values or imaging.
A reference classification of ultrasound elasticity imaging systems is provided in Appendix A. The scope of application of this standard includes acoustic radiation force pulse imaging, point shear wave elasticity imaging, and shear wave elasticity imaging described in the appendix.
