Scope
This procedure is applicable to the verification of treatment-level dosimeters with air ionization chambers as detection elements that are newly manufactured, in use, or repaired. The verification is conducted using irradiation doses or air-kerma in a radiation field with HVL ranging from 0027 mmAl to 300 mmCu for medium- and low-energy X-rays and 60Co γ-rays.
