T/QHNX 052-2025 Goji branch production technology specifications for shiitake mushroom logs
Basic Information
Scope
Scope: This article specifies the terms and definitions, site environment, mycelium, cultivation substrate and formula, and mushroom block production technology for the production of mushroom blocks from wolfberry branches in Qinghai Province. Main technical content: 7.1 Mixing and bagging: Mix the ingredients according to the formula and add water to stir evenly. The production water meets the requirements of GB 5749. Then, the cultivation material is loaded into the mushroom bags, with the requirement that the material sticks tightly and the bags are not damaged. 7.2 Sterilization: Sterilize at normal pressure until the temperature reaches 100℃, sterilize for 10 hours, and incubate for 15 hours. After sterilization, wait until the temperature drops to 50℃, remove the material from the pot, and move it to the inoculation room to cool down. When the bag temperature drops to 25℃–28℃, inoculate it. 7.3 Inoculation: Strictly perform aseptic operations. Inoculate 4 holes evenly per bag, with a hole diameter of 2–3 cm and a hole depth of 3 cm. The mycelium blocks should fill the hole mouths and be slightly higher than the hole mouths. 7.4 Cultivation: Disinfect the cultivation room with an ozone machine. After disinfection, move the inoculated mushroom blocks into the cultivation room and place them on the cultivation shelves to cultivate in the dark at a temperature of 20–25℃, with enhanced ventilation. Regularly remove contaminated mushroom blocks and centralize them for sterilization treatment.
