Scope

This standard specifies the basic command messages and corresponding response messages of electronic signature cards, as well as the file organization structure of electronic signature cards.
This standard is applicable to the development of electronic signature cards, the development of application systems that communicate with electronic signature cards, access files in the card, and generate electronic signatures using private keys.
This standard is not applicable to the development of application systems that create files in electronic signature cards or use public keys.
