Scope
This standard specifies the working procedures, content, requirements, conclusions, and safety precautions for the safety performance inspection of metal packaging containers for hazardous chemicals. This standard applies to the factory inspection (including on-site assembly inspection) and regular inspection of the safety performance of metal packaging containers for hazardous chemicals with a volume of 500 L or more under normal pressure and temperature. This standard does not apply to the safety performance supervision inspection, factory inspection, and regular inspection of pressure vessels, non-metallic tanks, tanks directly buried in the ground, or metal barrels and metal cans with a volume of less than 500 L.
