Scope
This standard specifies the definition, designation, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, and storage of glass fiber geogrids. This standard applies to glass fiber geogrids made primarily from untwisted glass fiber roving, which have undergone weaving and surface impregnation treatment and are mainly used to reinforce asphalt pavements. Glass fiber geogrids for other applications may be used as a reference for adoption.
