Scope
This standard specifies the element classification, element coding, positioning basis, data structure, file naming rules, data exchange format, and metadata of the county-level land use master plan database.
This standard applies to the database construction and data exchange of county-level land use master plan data. The database construction and data exchange of central urban planning graphics data in county-level planning shall be carried out in accordance with the "Standards for Township (Town) Land Use Master Plan Databases".
