Scope

This part of GB/T 37211 specifies the determination methods for the contents of aluminum, iron, copper, nickel, lead, calcium, magnesium, cobalt, indium, and zinc in germanium metals, including reduced germanium ingots, reduced germanium powders, zone-melted germanium ingots, and their waste materials, as well as germanium single crystals and their waste materials.
This part is applicable to the determination of the contents of impurity elements such as aluminum, iron, copper, nickel, lead, calcium, magnesium, cobalt, indium, and zinc in germanium metals. The determination range is 0.005×10-4% to 1.00×10-4%.
