Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, symbols, test devices, samples, tests, and test reports for testing the ionic conductivity of functional ceramics used in oxygen sensors using the AC 4-terminal method. This standard is applicable to functional ceramics and solid electrolytes used in oxygen sensors with an oxygen ion migration number greater than 0.99 and a conductivity between 1 S·m-1 and 1,000 S·m-1.
