Scope

Main Technical Content: 4. The clean production of raw materials shall comply with the requirements of T/BSGC 003. 5. Cleanliness of processing areas 5.1 Environment 4.1.1 The site should be located in a dry area with clean and sufficient water sources and sufficient sunlight. It should be far away from industrial enterprises that discharge "three wastes", and there should be no dust, harmful gases, radioactive substances, or other sources of pollution in the surrounding area. It should be more than 100 meters away from pesticide-sprayed farmland and more than 20 meters away from main traffic roads. 4.1.2 The atmospheric environment shall comply with the requirements of GB 3095. 4.1.3 Processing water shall comply with the requirements of GB 5749. 5.2 Layout of the factory area 5.2.1 The factory area shall be reasonably laid out according to the processing scale and product process requirements, and shall be equipped with workshops, warehouses, and sites suitable for the types and quantities of processed products. The processing area shall be separated from the living and office areas. 5.2.2 The factory area environment shall be clean, tidy, and free from odors. Roads shall be hardened, with smooth drainage and no standing water on the ground, and with good greening. 5.2.3 The layout of the workshops shall consider the geographical location and orientation of each other. The boiler room and toilets shall be located in the downwind of the production workshops. The warehouses shall be located in dry areas. 5.2.4 The layout of the workshops shall meet the requirements of temperature, humidity, and other process parameters for the processing process, comply with the requirements for the issuance of production licenses, and prevent interference between adjacent workshops. 5.2.5 The entrance of the processing workshops shall be equipped with changing rooms.
