Main technical content: This document specifies the principles, equipment and reagents, solution preparation methods, primer combinations, operating procedures, and confirmation of identification results for identifying Chinese cabbage varieties using the InDel molecular marker method. This document is applicable to the purity and authenticity identification of Chinese cabbage hybrids. It is also applicable to the purity identification and identity determination of Chinese cabbage inbred lines, breeding materials, germplasm resources, and the parents of hybrids. It is not applicable to the identification of substantial derivative varieties and transgenic varieties.
