GB/T 25141-2010 Self-priming type rotodynamic pumps—Types and basic parameters

Scope

This standard specifies the types and basic parameters of self-priming rotary power pumps (hereinafter referred to as "pumps").
This standard applies to pumps used for transporting clean water, or other liquids or sewage with physical and chemical properties similar to water or containing suspended solids. The temperature of the transported liquids generally does not exceed 80℃. After changing the materials of the pump's flow-through parts and components, pumps that meet the requirements of this standard can also be used for transporting liquid foods, corrosive liquids, and in firefighting applications, etc.
This standard does not apply to internal mixing and external mixing self-priming centrifugal pumps.
Performance range of the pump:
Flow rate Q: 6.3 m3/h to 12,500 m3/h;
Head H: 5m to 650m;
Self-priming time: 15s to 240s;
Self-priming height: ≤8 m.
In cases where the application of this standard is already required:
a) If a special design is needed, alternative designs that comply with the intent of this standard can be proposed, as long as they are described in detail;
b) Pumps that do not fully meet the requirements of this standard can be considered, as long as all differences are explained.
When there are conflicting technical requirements among multiple documents, the applicability of each document shall be determined in the following order:
a) Purchase orders or inquiry forms (if no inquiry form is available);
b) Data sheets;
c) This standard;
d) Other standards mentioned in the purchase orders or inquiry forms.
