Scope
This standard establishes an information security management model for IT service outsourcing in government departments, and proposes management requirements for activities at each stage of the information security management life cycle of IT service outsourcing in government departments. This standard is applicable to the procurement and use of IT services by government departments. When government departments carry out classified IT service outsourcing work, they shall refer to the relevant confidentiality regulations and standards of the National Security Administration for implementation, which are not within the scope of this standard.
