Scope

This standard specifies the high-performance liquid chromatography detection method for the content of oxytetracycline, tetracycline, chloramphenicol, and doxycycline in organic fertilizers. This standard is applicable to the determination of the content of oxytetracycline, tetracycline, chloramphenicol, and doxycycline in organic fertilizers and organic-inorganic compound fertilizers. This standard is not applicable to the determination of the content of oxytetracycline, tetracycline, chloramphenicol, and doxycycline in soybean meal fertilizers. The detection limits of this method are: oxytetracycline 0.75 mg/kg, tetracycline 0.75 mg/kg, chloramphenicol 1.0 mg/kg, and doxycycline 0.75 mg/kg.
