T/CDNX 019-2020 Lotus root selenium-rich cultivation technical specification
Basic Information
Scope
Scope: This standard specifies the terms and definitions, production site environment, cultivation techniques, selenium-enrichment techniques, timely harvesting, and file management for the cultivation of selenium-enriched lotus roots. This standard applies to the cultivation of selenium-enriched lotus roots. Main technical content: 5. Cultivation techniques 5.1 Variety selection: Select varieties with high quality, high yield, and strong resistance. 5.2 Field management: Refer to local field management techniques for techniques such as seedling cultivation, land preparation and fertilization, timely transplanting, reasonable planting density, fertilizer and water management, and pest and disease control. 5.3 Fertilizer application: Fertilizer application shall comply with the provisions of NY/T 394. 5.4 Chemical pest and disease control: Chemical control shall comply with the provisions of NY/T 393. 6. Selenium-enrichment techniques 6.1 Selenium supplementation principles: When the selenium content in the root and stem of lotus produced naturally does not meet the requirements of GH/T 1135, selenium can be supplemented through artificial techniques. 6.2 Selenium supplementation fertilizers: Select selenium fertilizers or selenium soil conditioners registered by the state. 6.3 Supplementation methods: Leaf surface supplementation and rhizosphere supplementation. One or both supplementation methods can be selected according to actual production needs. 6.3.1 Leaf surface supplementation: Prepare a selenium solution with a concentration of 70mg/kg to 120mg/kg. Supplement selenium once each at the stages of emergence, flowering, and lotus root formation, applying 450kg to 750kg of selenium solution per hectare evenly. Ensure that both sides of the leaf are sprayed with selenium solution until no water droplets remain. Apply selenium on cloudy days or after 4 pm on sunny days. Use a fine mist sprayer to spray the selenium solution at a concentrati
