Scope
This standard applies to dust removal projects in coal-fired and coal gangue power plants, including dust removal projects for flue gas generated by boilers and unorganized emission processes (coal transfer, storage, crushing, preparation of desulfurization agents, ash removal and transfer, etc.). It can be used as a technical basis for environmental impact assessments, engineering design and construction, acceptance of environmental protection for completed construction projects, and operation and management after completion. The smoke (dust) control and dust removal projects in power plants that burn heavy oil and biomass can be implemented with reference to this standard.
