Scope
Scope: This standard specifies the principles, reagents, instruments and equipment, analytical procedures, data processing, and precision for determining the extract of dried fruits in wolfberry by the hot immersion method. This standard is applicable to the determination of the extract content in dried wolfberry; Main technical content: 6. Test methods 6.1 Sample preparation: Take a representative sample of 200g, reduce the sample to 100g by the four-fold method. Before testing, the sample is dried in a 60°C oven for more than 5 hours, then removed and cooled to room temperature. It is crushed with a high-speed universal crusher, sieved through a No. 2 sieve, and mixed evenly. 6.2 Sample determination: Accurately weigh 2g (with an accuracy of 0.0001g) of the crushed wolfberry sample and place it in a 250mL capped conical flask. Add 100mL of water accurately, seal the flask, determine the weight, and let it stand for 1 hour. Connect the reflux condenser, heat until boiling, and maintain a gentle boil for 1 hour. After cooling, remove the conical flask, seal it again, determine the weight, and add water to make up for the weight loss. Shake well and record it as Solution A. 6.2.1 Dry filtration method: Filter Solution A with filter paper, discard about 10mL of the initial filtrate, then accurately measure 25mL of the filtrate and place it in a dried and weighed evaporating dish. Evaporate it on a water bath, dry it at 105°C for 3 hours, cool it in a desiccator, and weigh it accurately. Calculate the content of water-soluble extract in the sample (%) based on the dried product. 6.2.2 Centrifugal separation method: Centrifuge Solution A at high speed (≥6000r/min) for 10 minutes, then accurately measure 25mL of the supernatant and place it in a dried and weighed evaporating dish.
