Scope

This document stipulates the basic requirements for "one-window acceptance" of government services, window setting, window staff requirements, service process, supervision and evaluation, and improvement requirements. This document applies to the service management and operation of non-discriminatory comprehensive windows for "one-window acceptance" in all levels of government service centers, township (district) convenience service centers, and village (community) convenience service stations in Sichuan Province; six types of comprehensive windows that can be set up in specific fields, including public security (household registration, entry and exit), real estate, provident fund, social security, medical insurance, and taxation, can refer to this document for implementation.
