This standard specifies the terms and definitions of the technical specifications for power receiving projects of electrical users with a voltage of 10 kV or less, the planning principles of distribution networks with a voltage of 10 kV or less, the principles of preparing power supply plans, the technical requirements for the power receiving projects of users to access the power system, and the selection criteria for equipment in power receiving projects of users. This standard applies to the new construction, expansion, and renovation of power receiving projects of electrical users with a voltage of 10 kV or less throughout the province.
