This standard specifies the technical requirements for the propagation of green upright layered seedlings of the Pingou hybrid hazel (Corylus heterophylla Fisch. × Corylus avellana L.), including terms and definitions, the establishment of breeding nurseries, the management of mother trees, layered seedling propagation, seedling grafting and storage, seedling quarantine, seedling packaging and transportation, and file management.
